防曬：sun protection
Here are some skin care tips for sun protection.

擦防曬乳：put on ( wear) sunscreen (sun block)
Don’t forget to put on sunscreen before going out on summer days.

曬傷：sunburn
The lotion protects you from the sunburn.

紫外線：ultraviolet rays
It should be avoided to expose to ultraviolet rays.

SPF：Sun Protection Factor，指預防紫外線B波造成皮膚紅腫的防曬功效指數，SPF值越高，防護時效越長。

PA：Protection Grade of UVA，指預防紫外線A光造成皮膚曬黑老化的指數，可分為PA+、PA++、PA+++，+號越多表示防禦能力越強。
